Controlling interest in Ozon sold for $1.8 million

According to the Wall Street Journal, a group of investors has purchased 51 percent of the St. Petersburg-based online bookstore www.ozon.ru for $1.8 million. The investors include such companies as Baring Vostok Capital Partners and Moscow-based brokerage firm United Financial Group.
