Arthur Andersen to consult Sviazinvest

The Ministry of State Property has announced that it has signed an agreement with a consortium led by Arthur Andersen for the provision of consulting services for itself and Sviazinvest. The services will include the valuation of the holding and its preparation for the second auction. The first cooperation results are to be announced in summer.
