Rostelecom debt restructured
According to the AK&M news agency, Rostelecom has reached an agreement with one of its creditors – Merill Lynch – on the restructuring of its debt. Previously the long distance and international operator was supposed to return its $100 million debt this month. The new terms call for Rostelecom to return the loan within 4-6 years.
