Bashinformsviaz starts to distribute Arsenal software

Arsenal has announced that it has reached an agreement with Bashinformsviaz. Under the terms of the contract, Arsenal will provide the Ufa-based ISP with its product WWW.Smart Line, while the latter will distribute it among its subscribers. The package includes Socrates Internet (an online translator of WWW pages), DISCo Kachalka (an off-line browser), DISCo Finder (a reach program), DISCo Watcher (a sites monitoring program), and Reanimator (a utility for reading corrupted mail). The retail price of WWW.Smart Line is about $50, while its components are twice more expensive if sold separately.
