Yuganskneftegas outsources information infrastructure to Sibintec

The oil company YUKOS has announced that its two subsidiaries Yuganskneftegas and Sibintec (Siberian Internet Company) signed an outsourcing agreement. The contract calls for Sibintec to take over the responsibility for the management and the development of Yuganskneftegas information infrastructure. Also under the terms of the agreement, the whole staff of Yuganskneftegas IT department - 250 people - will join Sibintec.
