Ministry of Taxes and Duties spends $1 million on hardware and software

Acer is completing the delivery of AcerAltos 11000 servers and about 300 AcerPower workstations for the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Russian Federation. The delivery is being carried out through CompuLink. As part of the project, CompuLink is supplying Bay Networks networking hardware, printers, 50 scanners, as well as Novell, Microsoft and ABBYY software. The project is valued at some $1 million, provided in the form of a loan by the World Bank.
