Banks unprepared for Y2K to lose licenses

According to deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Mikhail Senatorov, his organization is determined to take strong measures - up to the confiscation of licenses - on banks whose information systems are not ready for the year 2000. He says the Central Bank itself has solved this task.
