I-Teco wins $1 million project
Late last year the State Customs Committee held a tender for the delivery of
a computer system based on two Alpha servers for the Central Customs
Department. The tender was won by I-Teco, which is now supposed to supply
the customer with two servers, an uninterruptible power supply system, a
backup storage system, an external disk subsystem (all hardware manufactured
by Compaq), as well as Oracle software for 200 workplaces. The project is
valued at about $1 million and it is scheduled for completion early this
spring.
