OSS starts selling universal telecommunications cards

OSS has announced that it is starting to sell its universal telecommunications cards OSS-Plus. The owners of the card will have access to the following services: IP telephony, facsimile, Internet access, free e-mail. According to OSS marketing director Dmitry Krasilnikov, the cards are already being sold in Moscow for $10, $25, $50 and $100 and will soon become available through OSS partners in large Russian cities.
