Mobitel to enter CDMA business
Mobitel has announced that it intends to start offering CDMA-based services. The company was founded by Sviazinvest late last year to obtain a Russia-wide license for the provision of GSM services. The license was never granted which forced Mobitel to make a decision to try and enter CDMA business.
