Nienshanz completes Cres Neva project

St. Petersburg-based Nienshanz has completed a project to build an information system at the tobacco factory Cres Neva. According to Nienshanz systems integration manager Sergey Vlasov, his company supplied 20 its own computers, two Compaq servers, Hewlett-Packard and Printronix peripherals under the terms of a contract won in a tender last April. The company also built a structured cable system at the factory based on AMP and 3Com equipment. As a management system, the customer had chosen SAP R/3, six modules of which were installed by Debis SystemHouse at 100 workplaces.
