MediaLingua to sell National Names Service

MediaLingua has announced that it has completed a pilot stage of the project 'National Names Service' and is starting a stage of the investment positioning of the developed technologies and services. According to MediaLingua general director Igor Ashmanov, his company plans to create a separate firm which will own the service and all respective patents, and is now conducting negotiations with potential investors to sell this firm. This service enables any Web site to have an alternative Internet address written in Cyrillic letters. An Internet user has to have a small driver installed to be able to use this service. National Names Service was created because of the increasing number of Russians with using the Internet who have little knowledge of either computer technology or English.
