Antimonopoly ministry postpones decision on Gostelecom decree
The Ministry of Antimonopoly Policy of the Russian Federation has held hearings on a case initiated by the Association of CDMA operators against the State Committee for Telecommunications. The hearings were also attended by the General State Supervisory Department for Communications (Gossviaznadzor), the Association of AMPS/D-AMPS operators and other interested parties. As a result of the hearings, the commission of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Policy made a decision to return to the matter in one or two months. During this period, the parties should prepare a number of documents to be produced to the commission.
