St. Petersburg Administration to automate budget processes

The Administration of St. Petersburg is carrying out a project to implement the system Electronic Treasury, as part of a larger plan to automate the city's municipal financial structures. Hewlett-Packard workstations and printers as well as Cisco Systems and 3Com networking equipment for the project are being supplied by AND Project.
